Sharmishtha Raut

Sharmishtha Raut is an Indian actress who works predominantly in Marathi film and television industry. She is popular for her negative role of Neerajaa in the serial Mann Udhaan Varyache which aired on Star Pravah. She is also known for her role in Zee Marathi Serial Unch Maza Zoka Aahe.

Her most memorable role was Neerja / Nirja in Mann Udhan Varyache, and then she played a major role in other television series.

In May 2018, she joined the Bigg Boss Marathi Show (1st season) as one of the contestants.

Despite becoming a well-known face on television, Raut prefers theatre, giving more work satisfaction.
